The System
The simple modular design of the patented ecoTrans® transfer system allows for a multitude of applications. The transfer system has been designed especially for use in manual, semi-automated and fully automated assembly lines, suitable for product weights of up to 5 kg. As the work-piece pallet is accessible from almost every side, the transfer system allows for easy integration in processing stations of any kind. The flat design of the components makes it possible to use the system on workstations with C-columns such as presses, test arrangements etc. In addition, a laterally attached chain with a separate drive allows the pallet to pass through the transfer sections at different speeds, e.g. if tempering processes are required
(cooling, heating).

The ESD capability of the transfer system also makes it
suitable for electronic productions.

Versatile Options of the ecoTrans® System for Optimisation of your Workstation
The transfer system can be designed as a compact cell system or modular system with standard transfer components and cells. The round or oval arrangement provides better accessibility.

The U-shaped design ensures an optimal provision of material and allows for quick extension of the system, e.g. to reduce the number of pieces.
